HI Sam
Just got back from the 2011 rally. It was great. Had around 62 Hi-Los from 14 states. Weather was good, not hot. Had thunderstorms one night. Great RV park. Food was great, never ran out. Sure many took a few extra pounds home. the tours very good. The tour of the John Deere plant was the best. Think the women would all agree also. The rally would have been worth it even at a higher price. Thanks to all the Illinois group for their hard work that put this on. Next years rally will be at River Plantation RV park in Sevierville Tenn AKA Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood. Will be a great place to have the rally. A group from Ohio is hosting this one. Its obvious that the problem to putting the rallys on is finding a Hi-Lo club or Group to host them. Thanks to the group from Ohio for stepping up. We all need to join a Hi-Lo club or form one in areas that do not have one to keep this RV going. More later on how we all can help this group to put the rally on.

Default Agreed.Great 2011 rally

The Illinois club should be commended for hosting suc a wonderful rally. My wife and I also enjoyed the John Deere tour, the food and the entertainment. The best thing about the rally, however, was the people and the opportunity to meet other campers. As new hi-lo owners, everyone was so helpful. We learned much about care and maintenance.

Default Report on the rally

Thanks for all the reports on the rally and the information on the one in 2012. I"m hoping to be able attend the one in 2012. Had my appendix out on an emergency basis Memorial day 2010..I should be good to go. This will give us enough time to save our $ so we can attend. I've been able to attend two rallies and had a blast. Sam

The 2012 HiLo National Rally will be held June 11 - 15 at River Plantation RV Park in Sevierville, Tennessee. We have 75 sites on hold at this time, all being full hookups. We are still in the planning stages for the rally. Have to make sure that all the t's are crossed and the i's dotted. Once things are finalized, we will post the info on the forum and our club's website. The 2011 HiLo National Rally was a blast. The Illinois club did a fantastic job. The food was plentiful, had great entertainment, and the tours were fantastic. Regina, Virginia, and crew out did themselves. They raised the bar for the future rallies. It was good to see many old friends and make some new ones. I had the privilege of meeting Jim L from Virginia and others on this forum. This was my 11th rally to attend. I will keep the forum posted as things develop.

Bob

How did the 2011 Rally turn out? Are there plans being made for one in 2013?

There are several post here about the 2010 rally and the upcoming 2012 rally. Have friends in the Colo HiLo club that have indicated that there is talk about the 2013 rally maybe being there. Hope so as we have kids and grandkids there.
