Default desperate owner

need an owners manual for a '99 29b. just right,(on the outside), of the door, the window has bowed out and the top is lowering on that corner. seems the cable has stretched and needs adjusting. will the manual show me how?

Look in the (Reference Library) any manual will tell you how to adjust the cables.
If the window is bowing, something is very wrong, are you sure that there isn't water damage in that area from a leak? Have you checked all seams and recaulked where needed, this is routine maintainence on any RV trailer.
