Sometimes, on rough roads, the TP will unroll as you are in transit, which is not a disaster but can be an issue. This has happened to us a couple of times but we still do not remove the TP from the holder.:)

Toilet paper unraveling.
 
Our HiLo dealer always instals an extra slat across the inside of the BR vanity door. The toilet paper holder is secured to this. Never had a roll of TP unravel.

Thanks for the info. I thought it had to due with moisture, or worse yet mice. I usually carry a min. of two rolls, and to remove them from the quarters, seemed unreasonable. Hope this ends the problem of T.P. ( not tire pressure).. mike

Just to clarify.
 
The TP holder is in the sink vanity cabinet. The cabinet that sits on the floor.
