Make sure your plug for the bathroom sink is stowed away and not able to get between the top and bottom when lowering punching a hole in your fiberglass on the rear.

We crunched our bathroom sink stopper when it got between the upper and lower section. I then discovered on our 90 Classic that if you bend over and look at the underside of the faucet there is a small hole where you can fasten the stopper. I used a pretty colored bread fastener. One of those accidential discoveries. A bathroom stopper crunches into pieces and ends up in the garbage can. Thank goodness no damage done. sam

And, if you don't secure the latch on the rear outer storage compartment before dropping your Hi-Lo, the door opens just enough to keep your Hi-Lo from raising. Yes, we did this! Fortunately, nothing was damaged, but it took two golf clubs and a little MacGyver type ingenuity to hold it closed from the inside while someone pushed the button to raise the trailer.
Thanks for the list! Printing and adding to it today! |
