64 Voyager project

Hello everyone. My name is Riley and I am new here. I recently purchased a 64 Voyager model 800 (near as I can tell) off craigslist. Someone had replaced the cables but definitely not adjusted properly. Also, the tracks are missing on the upper section. Definitely rough with some added steel reinforcements on the exterior. I don't have pics yet to share. Wondering first and foremost where I can find the tracks for the upper half. Secondly, how to adjust the cables. This is a manual crank instead of the hydraulic system. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks RCREYES for your quick assistance. Hope to get pics soon. Thinking I need to take the top section completely off as there are no seals left between the lower and upper sections. This could be a fun project or a nightmare LOL.

Now I do not know what year this is. The tag on the trailer shows it is Model 1600 and manufactured 3-31-66. But from what I can see, the 1966 models were all rear entry. Am I wrong? this is the layout of the Voyager. It does not have the front overhang which was 1964. Does not have the same back as the 1965. It has the hydraulic brake hitch. I am trying to figure out how to include pics but no luck yet. Maybe one of my grandchildren can get me straight on it.

To add photos go to the POST REPLY button at the bottom of my reply here. Scroll down that page and you will see an "attach files" line, click on that. Browse your computer and select the photos you want then click upload. With any luck they will be uploaded to your post.

Riley yours looks just like mine but mines a 1964 700 I have the ads they used and original price ad with all the extras you can get may I ask what you paid for yours I was wondering what mine might be worth

Hello Stickney, I paid $75 for it; however, it has had steel reinforcement put on the bottom of the top half and is rough. From the inside I can see the plywood walls are delaminating and of course it is missing the guides on the top section and cables need adjusted for sure. Does your adds or manuals show how the cables are run and any adjustment? Anyway, the price I paid is nowhere close to the value if reconditioned.

We needed new rails for our 1963. We have not been able to find them. J&R could not get them anymore. If you find them, let us know!
