one last thing

with two eggs only squeeze egg bag once before boiling
no need for more squeezing while cooking
be sure to bring water to a full rolling boil
you can always make two omemlet for the extra hungry

2 eggs at 13 minutes

try these at home you'll see
i believe 17 minutes is way too long
and use cubed cheese and two eggs
try one at 13 minutes
and leave another in for 4 minutes longer
and post which one seems...

i suggest you stick to "ZIP LOCK" brand freezer bags
had problems with off brands

we use a plastic cup to put the bag down into
and fold over edge...
