I did tighten the screws and one was a bit loose...

I did tighten the screws and one was a bit loose but still am having same problem thank you for the help..and any other information or things to try I will certainly try anything ....!

Thank you so much for your reply the wiring diagram helps but I still can't find where the wires that bundle behind the frig lead to...rear of the trailer...I'm sure with time and patience I will fix...
