Well, it appears to have been the battery and/or contacts. We drove from Amarillo to OKC today and it went right up.

Lifts in stops and starts

We just picked up a 2007 19T Friday and are really enjoying it except for one thing.

When we try to lift it will go part way up then stop. After about 30 secs, it will go up a bit more and stop...
