Yep

Yes the hengs upgrade has an on off switch. Single speed model. Basic, around $55.00

Tape

Did not tape the Maxair covers. Sealed the roof vent to roof with the Eternabond.

The 2311H does have the wires factory installed...

The 2311H does have the wires factory installed to the front vent. Pulled the trim ring off and looked yesterday.
