91 fuse panel

I am going by the origional owners manual and wiring diagram and a fuse box is shown. just doesnot tell much about it other than in a front cabinet. Not having a lot of luck finding it. The house...

It was nice getting your suggested location, tried it, but not there for the 12V system.

Greetings.. We recently purchased a used hi lo and are unable to locate the 12 volt fuse box. The manual says it is in a cabinet towards the front. but there are no cabinets in front of the entry...
