I can't believe they don't know how to fix it. This is not some new technology. And, I think the advice to reuse "leaked out" fluid is totally wrong. Please, refill any loss with clean Dextron fluid...

Could be a water leak, perhaps containing some winterizing anti-freeze? But, I agree with Rich, it's probably hydraulic fluid from the lift mechanism.

SeaGypsy you need to crawl under the trailer...
