I think you could use any of the jacks. If the tongue weight is high enough, you could place the jack on the frame right in front of the front axle or between them if you're using the bottle jack....

You COULD raise one side on jacks, support it on jackstands and then raise the other side on jacks. I did that on my single axle trailer when I wanted to get new tires.
