Thank you Mr. Rider. It worked. We just didn't know what that wire was for and the trailer did not come with an owners manual.

We bought a HI-Lo trailer, but have never used it. We got the top to go up, but can't figure out how to get the top to go down again. It only drops about 1 inch and stops. The manuals we received...
