Lexel caulk is what we used. We bought this at ACE hardwear or maybe you can find this on line. It sells for about $8.00 a tube. Worth every penny and can be applied down to 40 degrees. Go on real...

I see that your trailer is an 01. It might be time to consider reinstalling all of your windows. Sorry I can't answer your blind reinstall question.
