The classic is made of three layers. !/8th paneling 1/2 inch foam board insulation then the fiberglass skin. You can repair it yourself. We used heavy duty liquid nails between the layers. Bondo was...

If you truly have delamination than the only proper repair is to take it to JR as they have the proper lamination equipment.
