I let it run and heard no squeals. So the next day I put in more motor oil as the motor ran. Oil literally flowed out of the bottom of the motor. Now it starts on it's own.

I took the cover off and found the fan motor was not spinning freely. Looking at the motor I found two lubrication holes. I put some 5w30 motor oil in and it started to spin better. But it will not...
