1978 Hi-lo 25 ft. project. It weighs 4k. I purchased this camper 3 years ago with the intentions of fixing it up. However, I have not had enough time to complete it. The camper was purchased new and well maintained for many years, including cable replacement. When the original owner passed, the camper sat, then a estranged son-in-law lived in it after his marriage dissolved.

The good: It tows good, not sure if the brakes work. I used a set of lights from harbor freight to tow it home. I towed it a total of over 50 miles with no issues.

The floor and rear are solid and none of the floors or lower half need to be replaced.

The toilet seems to be solid and the black tank is holding water.

There is an extension on the rear for bikes, chairs, etc.

I will include buytl tape, screws and all supplies that I currently have with the camper.

I have the bunk, cabinets, cushions, stove exhaust vent and everything that came out of the camper

I got the title in hand. Had to have the son put it into his name in order to have it transferred to me.

The middle half of the ceiling did not have any water damage that I can see, so only the rear and front ceiling need to be replaced. I already replaced the front ceiling.

The hydraulics and lift system work like a champ. I have had the camper up and down several times and it always works great. I have lubricated the cables a few times since I got it.
The bad: It was neglected since and has water damage in the front and rear. Also, below the windows. I have done a lot of the hard work removing the windows, front ceiling and rear ceiling and walls. It has been stored in a pole barn since I started working on it to prevent any further damage. The frame on this camper is steel tubing and stronger than most newer campers and I have coated any areas of rust with rust inhibitor.

It had an electric lift for the hitch, but not sure if it works. I used a drill with a spade bit to raise and lower it a few time and that worked fine.

Not sure what works inside as far as refer, hot water, furnace, etc. because I never got that far.

I have removed all of the roof vents, roof AC and vent pipes. The AC unit is gone as I could not get it to work and was going to put a vent in its place. You could purchase a new roof AC or do as I was going to do and put a window unit or portable AC to cool it.

If interested, I am located in N.W. Ohio near Toledo. You will have to arrange to tow it home. $500
