The good: remodeled inside to open up space. Extended countertop. Removed stove and furnace (but we still have them). Built microwave into stove area. All freshly painted. New waterproof floor. Upgraded toilet. All mattresses in good shape. Fridge and ac and lift motor work excellent. Awning in good condition. Tires in great shape. Bottom half solid. Roof resealed in 2019. Bumpers and frame all freshly painted with rustoleum. Brand new marine battery ($100) extra if you need it. Brand new AC outer (roof) cover. All tanks in great condition. All cables in great condition. Locking mechanism works.
All bedding, curtains, and cushions go with it. All washed and stored in our house. Ready to go.
The bad: Had a limb damage roof and leaked. Upper walls need repaired. We started the project so it needs finished.
We loved our Lil’ Buddy and we want to see it go to someone that will continue to keep it on the road.

Hello. We are between East Liverpool and Toronto Ohio in Irondale Ohio.
There was no structural damage. It just penetrated the rubber roof and allowed water to get in. We sealed it back up so pictures don’t show anything.
