Default 1999 31S Hi Lo

Had hydraulic ram replaced in 2015, have not used it last 2 years, hence the decision to sell it, and when we pulled it out saw it had developed a leak. I have pics of where it leaked but the furniture is all good, couch, booth, mattress etc. The a/c works too. Great for someone handy, we are definitely not. I have tons of pics but only attached what I could here. Has a new battery we just purchased due to old one was purchased in 2015 and it was a 3 yr battery so expired. Still trying to figure out fair price so welcome all offers and suggestions on price.

Default selling your HiLo.

Where is it leaking? Where is the water damage? Sorry I can"t tell from your pictures. What vehicle did you tow this with? I know it would take a F250 to pull this due to the weight.

Hi, we towed it with a Ford F150 that had a tow package & used a hitch w/stabilizer. We purchased from a couple that used a van to tow it. We are not sure where water came in but pics 6&7 show on velvet covering & its also at corner of that cabinet, not sure if leaking in bedroom I will add that pic if I can. Leaks seem to be on one side only & we are recoating roof as soon as weather permits as that is our best guess where it is leaking. Inside is in pretty good condition except the curtains/drapes which I think the FL sun has cooked them so to speak and where the leak is on the pics. We made lots of family memories but sadly work sucking life out of us but we will retry when hubby retires in 2+ years. I should have flickr link with all photos tomorrow. Thanks.

These are the pics of the water damage, we sealed the roof yesterday as we found some pinholes on roof which was most likely the cause of leaks. https://www.flickr.com/gp/189213480@N02/522m9a I also uploaded other pics if anyone interested. All pics https://www.flickr.com/gp/189213480@N02/6xd9Cj It appears it is on just one side and mostly one area, would be great for someone handy. Thanks!
