Located in Biloxi, MS (about halfway between Mobile, AL and New Orleans, LA).
We have a 2000 240 TD. It was in pristine condition for its age when we purchased it about four years ago, We have a good collection of the service records. Unfortunately it developed a roof leak which caused some water damage near the forward (bed end) of the camper. I'm no carpenter but it would appear that rebuilding the forward most part of the upper body is what is necessary. Up until this mishap, the HiLo operated great. The other item needing attention is the front rock-guard, which is missing. The missing guard does not effect tow ability, but should be replaced all the same. Upholstery is in superb shape. Systems all operate as intended- hydraulics, water, electrical, etc. It has a stove, refrigerator, shower, oven, A/C, king size bed, lots of storage, two spare tires and more.
I have tried to show the good, the bad and the ugly in the photos. Of course I suggest you perform your own inspection. I have a few other accessories we can discuss putting into the deal; i.e. weight distributing hitch, anti-sway bar, BBQ grill, etc. Have good title in hand, sold as is of course.
