Furnace, air conditioning, plumbing, hot water tank, and appliances work well, upholstery in good condition, no leaks, newer awning. Good Tires Stored indoors in winters, non-smokers. Good clean condition, some wear but ready to go. Located in Cleveland Ohio area. $6200
