22' and tows like a dream. It is fully self contained: A/C, furnace, brand new fridge, new deep cycle marine battery, new convection microwave, double kitchen sink, 6 gallon water heater, bathroom with shower and commode, awning in great shape. The interior is in excellent condition with no rips, or wear on any of the cushions. I also have a brand new cover that's included in the deal. They claim it will sleep 6, that is if 2 are children. Weighing only 1,700 (empty) it can be towed with a new SUV, or lightweight truck with a V6. It has dual axles and tows like a dream. I tow it with a 2015 Tundra and get between 12-15 mpg.

We will be traveling to PA in a few weeks, and may be able to show along on the way back to NM.
