Updated interior (floors and fabric). Removed the jack knife couch/ bed and replaced with a Full size mattress. Includes a full size bunk, needs a new mattress.

Couple of questions
Hard to read the specs
What is total length from hitch to spare tire in back?
How high is the extra drop down bed off the floor? How do you get up there? Step on the lower bed, dinette, or ladder? Will it support adult 230 pounds? What size is the mattress that has to be purchase in inches or size, full size?

Is that a microwave under the burners? Do you use a tv in the camper? I assume it has a cd am fm radio, right?

Does everything work? Does it leak or show any signs of leakage? Any dings or defects on the outside? How comfortable is the couch, bed? You mentioned a full size mattress for it, please clarify this.

How high from ground to the highest thing on the roof? Is that a satellite dish on the roof? Who is your tv carrier? My garage is 22 ft long and 80” to the garage door in height.

Width w/ awning: 97”/ 8’ 1”
Updated interior (floors and fabric). Removed the jack knife couch/ bed and replaced with a Full size mattress. Includes a full size bunk, 84” long x 44” wide, needs a new mattress. Bunk is 49” off floor, would need to climb or use a step stool, no ladder included. Dinette area folds down into a twin bed, 74” long x 36” wide. Sleeps up to 5.
Pleated daylight shades on all windows. Exterior sun shade on front window. Retractable awning, not electric, in great shape, no rips or tears.
16,000 BTU furnace, 13,500 BTU AC. AM/FM CD player. Cable TV jack to hook up to campground cable. Satelite antenna would need to be replaced.
3 Burner range top, Samsung microwave oven. Both work great.
3-way 4 cubic feet refrigerator w/ freezer space. Works great.
Double sink with covers to add counter space.
Great storage in kitchen area, above dinette and below sink.
Full bath, sink, toilet and shower area. Skylight over shower. Also, large ½ closet area.
Two Max Air fans, one in living area for 2 way air flow, bath is one way air flow, out.
Double 20lb Propane tanks w/ cover.
All new tires. Spare tire new and has a cover.
Rear bumper storage for black hose. 3 exterior side storage containers.
Solar charger for batteries. Outside light.
