2206T model hasn't been used since purchased in 2021, but is believed to be in generally good operating condition--includes ExpandA-Room tilt out with lounge/pull out bed, front bunk, and dinette bed (sleeps 6). Also equipped with furnace, a/c, hot water, range, refrigerator, TV, DVD player, shower, and equalizer hitch.

Known defects include taped-up cracks in exterior shell, broken slider joints on Dometic-brand awning, and slight mildew smell which, along with evidence of previous work on interior paneling near the door may indicate previous leakage (though no leaks have been noted since my ownership).

A couple of days ago, I put the battery back in after winter battery storage on a recharger, and the Tilt-Out motor wasn't working...

I am lowering the price to $3200 OBO and hoping there's a Hi-Lo fan out there that is interested in what I believe to be a very restorable project trailer--I'm just too darn old for another project...
