We have decided to sell because we just don't use it like we had hoped. It has probably less than 3,000 miles on it, the original owners only used it to go to two family reunions and we have only pulled it to the campground where we own two lots and have two other larger campers that we use to stay in. The original, senior, owners sold only because he became terminally ill, they kept it inside and we have kept it covered. It has a few stress cracks in the end caps, which I understand are typical for this model year, that I have drill stopped and sealed with lexell sealant and covered with eternabond tape. We put new tires on it a year ago, only because of the age, not because of wear. We have never used the stove, oven, water heater or furnace except to test to see if it worked and it does. We have used the refrigerator and air conditioner a few times and they work as they should. It is in excellent condition. We are asking $9,750.
