We are located in Virginia, but WILL DELIVER 1/2 way across country for fuel/mileage reimbursement. I LOVE this little trailer (named her Midget), but hubs wants to sell it for something newer and larger (I wish Hi-Lo still made trailers, because we'd go out and buy a new one right now!). Smoke-free and pet-free. She does need some TLC, but she tows like a dream and has everything you could need in a trailer - especially if you have an SUV or something besides a big truck as your tow vehicle. Cash only.

Here's how she stacks up on a scale of 1-10:
-Tires and smoothness of ride = 10/10 (new tires)
-Tanks/plumbing/water = 10/10 (all fixed and patched, work perfectly)
-Electrical = 10/10 (no issues)
-Water leaks = 10/10 (NO water leaking in trailer, even in heavy rain)
-Water damage = 7/10 (wall with door on it needs some help, damage from previous owners)
-Lift mechanism = 7/10 (sometimes is finicky and doesn't like to do what it's supposed to)
-Outer frame = 7/10 (one crack in back side, near top. This just happened... I think this was the final straw for my hubs)
-Battery = 9/10 if you disconnect the stereo because it drains the battery, 1/10 if you don't because it will die quickly (one battery is new)
-Power hitch = 10/10 i(f the battery isn't dead)
-Manual lift mechanism 8/10 (its dang heavy! can use if battery is dead)
-Awning = 7/10 (keeps you dry and works, but worn and has a 1' cut in it)
-Windows = 9/10 (all work, one has a big chip in it)
-Refrigerator = 7/10 (doesn't get as cold as I would like)
-Air conditioner = 8/10 (also doesn't get as cold as I would like)
-Interior = 7/10 (everything is great EXCEPT shades are stained and one wall has rippled wallpaper from previous owner's water damage, and one wall is damaged from adhesive removal. All surfaces, cushions, cabinets in excellent condition)
-TV/stereo = 5/10 (we couldn't get the TV to work, but we only tried once)
-Bunk = 9/10 full size, flips up when not in use. (some of the hinges are a little rusty)

Am I forgetting anything? We know she has some issues, hence the low price. Text me at 585-472-4122 if you have questions or would like more information, as I'm not on this forum too often.

I've uploaded a document with details and lots of photos here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

Typo! The cut in the awning is one inch, not one foot! Sorry!
Forgot to mention the heat works great too.

If the first link doesn't let you in, I think I fixed it. Try this link for all the photos:

Great! I'll close the thread and change the title.
