Trailer is in good shape with normal wear and tear. Good rubber. Awning has been patched. Has been stored in my garage in Redmond, Oregon. $8,900

New, never used, shower curtain. Small solar panel on roof. License is good through March 2023. Like new Patty O'Room goes with it.

Sorry for the orientation of the photos. They rotate when I upload and I can't fix it.
