How do you wire and old hydraulic pump into a 1983 hilo voyagor

I haven't been "in there", but understand the OE pump is driven by a GM starter motor which is easy to source, though I don't know what years. There is a separate contactor. I don't know about the pump, but likely fairly standard. If you want to install another pump, that will likely be more of a plumbing issue. Presumably, it already has a 12 VDC motor fitted to it.

Page 14 of the 1983 HiLo Owner's manual shows the wiring to the solenoid and pump motor which drives the pump itself. The pump is not "wired". Here's a link to that manual: https://www.hilotrailerforum.com/f49...o-manual-6838/
