Default If you want to buy a HiLo

Use the check list on this forum so you know what to check. No one want to buy a RV with water damage or other problems. Check the dates on tires.

Sam, That seems like an odd reply to this post when so many members of this forum seem to take a great deal of pride in rebuilding, re-furbishing, repairing the top upper section of their Hi-Lows.

Default Buying a HiLo

No one likes to get a damaged unit. Especially first time RV owners. My post was meant to be helpful. Makes me mad when sellers are dishonest about water damage. I agree with you that many HiLo owners have done extensive repairs. In my opinion HiLos are worth repairing and are sturdier than some sob. I am a HiLo owner that has done extensive repairs.

Sam's advice is sound.
You don't want to buy, and have to repair before the fun begins. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Cavat emptor...(sp)

Buy the one that suits your needs, or budget, and is sound and appliances work well (very important).
The people on this forum often have used for periods of time and all things need to be repaired at some time. We offer the help/knowledge for the repair.
