Looking to sell my 2005 2405T trailer

Hello all, looking to sell my 2005 2405T trailer. I inherited it from my father. It hasn’t been used for 4 years. AC needs work and the water pump needs help. Also it doesn’t have an awning. Even though the tires have very little mileage on them I’m guessing they need replaced. Other then the items mentioned it’s in good condition. What’s it worth? 9-10k?

Selling your HiLo

Could you be more specific. What is wrong with the AC? Does the water pump need repair or replaced.? Interior and exterior pictures would help it to sell.
