Default For Sale 1990 25 ft Hi-Lo PRICE REDUCED

We have owned this unit since 2001. It weighs 5000 lbs and has 1000 lbs cargo carrying capacity. The least little thing that needed repair dear husband was on it. We have been out camping three times this year. Absolutely no leaks. Dear husband fussed on the rubber roof last year. It was properly primed and two coats of sealer applied. This unit has been in no accident. No smoking,no pets.

The good:
Refrigerator replaced by Hi-Lo dealer 3/27/06.Two way gas and electric
Air conditioner-Carrier brand new with heat strip.Ice Cold...you have to turn it down. Installed by Hi-Lo dealer
Water pump replaced by dear husband
Converter replaced by dear husband DSI 4/2016
Whisper Quiet Hot water heater replaced by dear husband 5/25/2017
dear wife transferred strong cleaner into spray bottle that leaked out of cupboard and bubbled up floor in two spots. Expensive mistake ($552.96) new vinyl flooring installed by flooring company.
This H-Lo has 2 15 watt solar panels and trickle charges the battery. Battery 3/17/2016. Inspected 3/21/17 by Hi-Lo dealer.
New tires 6/6/19 -only 200 miles have spare. I have ALL receipts for the work done as well as the appliance and operation manual. Four new leaf springs R&R by Hi-Lo dealer. All windows taken out and resealed with Butyl tape and lewel caulk.
Washed as needed and 303 protectant applied. Some interior walls restored due to water damage 2012-2013.Spent $1000 in material.Photos available PM for the link.
Awning in very good condition considering it's the original.
Original furnace works very well. Excellent heat on the coldest days(oct)
We have several extra parts. For instance: extra escape and vent cover, they don't make those anymore!! Included extra paneling and seam tape. Many small hardware parts. It has an oven. The dinette converts to a bed and sleeps either one adult or two children. Two couches in the back that we leave as single stationary beds.
Upholstery has no rips or wear. Lots of cupboards and a wardrobe in the bathroom. We also replaced the radio with AM-FM CD player $82.06.
The Bad:
Exterior has some faded decals and small spider cracks in the fiberglass. The top half of the fiberglass has taken a beating.I would describe the exterior as fair to good. It looks shiny from a few feet away.

We must sell this soon as we don't have the room to store 2 RV's.
