drop down bunk - For Sale or Trade

I removed a drop down bunk from a 1994 22' HiLo.

It has all the brackets that attach to the bunk along with the mattress.

I do not have the hardware that was attached to the wall and ceiling, but I think you can get that through JR or Midget's.

Pickup only, I live in S. Indiana near Cincinnati.

I'll take $50 or trade...interested in items for my 2008 Classic, right now i am looking for wheel covers...

bump...this is still available. I have had offers to ship, but I think this would have to go by freight and would be $$$. I still have the mattress that goes with it as well.

Do you know if this bunk is compatible with the 15' HiLo (years 2008 & 2009)? I'm currently looking at a 2008 15T that has everything I need - except the bunk. Being new to HiLo I'm unsure whether it's feasible to find and install a bunk in a trailer that didn't originally include the bunk option.

I'm in N. Indiana so I could pick up this bunk if it would fit ...

i am not sure if hi-lo made different size bunks...my guess is no, but then again, not sure. I think the bunk size is dictated by where you have to mount the brackets on the front wall. In my current 2508, they have the screws in the wall for the bunk brackets, but I have cupboards installed, so the bunk won't fit.

I can measure it and get back to you this weekend. I also have the mattress. You will need to contact JR or Midgets to get the hardware that mounts to the back wall and top...although you might be able to get it fabricated locally...it looks fairly simple. I have the bunk frame, mattress, and the lifting arms (minus the wall brackets and top latch.)

If I remember correctly, the top latch is like a gate latch.

Thanks for the quick reply. I ended up not buying that 2008 15T. Instead, bought a much older 1976 18' Hi-Lo that has the bunk. So it looks like I won't need to buy a separate bunk after all. Will probably be doing some restoration/repairs soon though ... :-)

I assume that this is no longer available

no...gone. But, I sold it to Midget's. He may still have it and be willing to sell it.
