You really need to supply a bit more information on the 29' Hi-Lo. What is the model year and the model name? Go to NADAGuides.com and look under RV's, you may get a general figure.

That seems very cheap to me! What year is it and what is its condition? Those things sold in the high 20's I think, when new.

That is a 1999, 26' Towlite. Assuming that it is in good shape and has no water leaks or damage, that would be an OK price. I believe 1999 models still had the wood frame and were subject to rot if there were any roof leaks. Look at the condition of the roof and at the ceiling and walls for water stains. Look down along the sides of the upper half to see if there is any bowing out, and if there is any curling on the bottom edges of the siding, if so there is rotting inside. If it has smooth fiberglass rather than corrugated exterior siding it has an aluminum frame, but I believe that didn't begin until 2000 or 2001.

My 98TL is steel framed.
Go over the entire exterior feeling for areas where the fiberglass siding might be loose from the frame. Also make sure you check the walls in the shower. Sometimes your hands do a better job at locating damage than your eyes do.
