Looking again...

New to this forum. We bought a 2902BX last summer on the basis that it weighed around 4500lbs. We have a 2003 Tundra and wanted room for stuff. When we got it home my wife discovers a label inside a kitchen cabinet that says it weighs 5300 lbs. She was upset. So we took it camping to Edisto Beach State Park for a couple of nights to see what we might need for an upcoming two week trip with the 4 grandchildren and their parents. On the way home from Edisto we found some scales and we all weighed 10700 lbs. We were below the Gross combined weight of 11800. the Hi-Lo weighed 5800 loaded. So we used the Hi-Lo for 3 months and then sold it to someone that really needed a temporary place to live.

Now we are looking (again) at possibly a 2705T and a 2305C.
Does anyone out there know what the real weight of the 2705T is? I see the brochure says 4650. We really liked the queen bed setup.
On the other hand is the fold out sofa in the 2305C comfortable to sleep on?

Thanks in advance... Pat

I guess everyone's out camping... no responses.

270xT weight with options

Does anyone know what a 2703T thru 2709T weighs with options?
options like a/c - oven - 30 lb gas bottles - awning
My former 2902BX had a sticker in the kitchen with 5300 LBs on it.

Thanks,
Pat

Pat -

All I can find is a link to an archive for models from 2006-2009. (I used to see listings back to 2004). *shrug* And, it doesn't give the individual weights of the options, but you can get a bit of a guess from the UVW and GVWR figures.
