If you loose power or ? and can't raise or lower roof do Hi Lo's provide to complete manually ?

It's an option that many HiLos have installed on their lift pumps. It's basically just a hydraulic pump that you work by hand. If you have it, you just stick a rod/handle into a receptacle at the front of the pump and then just move it back and forth to raise the top.

I used mine to get the top about halfway up so that I could access the battery once when it became discharged. I didn't think it was too hard to use, but I was younger then - only about 67 years old. Now, at 82, I may have a different opinion.
