My guess it designates at as a Hi Lo classic model as a T indicates a tow lite Hi Lo.

I had a 2010 2310H and I believe it was a Hybrid designation. In 2010 and 2011 the Classic and Towlite models were discontinued and combined into the H models having features of both.
