Default Newbe with a few Questions

New to the forum and Hi-Lo. We've been a big fan of Trailmanors and decided to drift over and look at the Hi-Los. I'm very impressed with what I see and have begun considering an 1810H as a option. Have a few questions hopefully you can help answer:

1 - How is the floor constructed? Is it a sandwich like the side walls and roof, or is is an exterior plywood? If plywood, any problems with rot?
2 - Formaldyhyde outgassing -- my wife is asthmatic and can not tolerate any formaldyhyde outgassing of any sorts. Any problem with Hi-Lo? This was a big consideration with Trailmanor because it contains no pressboard of any sort (a huge source of outgassing in campers).
3 - The specs for a new 1810 describes the water heater as 110V DSI. Does that mean it is electric only? No propane?
4 - What is the carrying capacity of the swing-away optional bunk in the 1810? I've seen a few campers with fold down bunks but most are a paltry 100 lbs or less. Is the Hi-Lo's enough to hold me (180 lbs)?
5 - Does anyone have the solar charging system? It seems $287 on the pricing page of the Hi-Lo site is very low cost. Will it recharge the camper batteries?

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

I will try to answer your questions as well as I can.

1. The floor is made with a composition type board and is very solid, I don't know what its technical name is, structure wood, etc. I have never heard of any rotting.

2. Formaldehyde out-gassing? Can't answer that one, but I guess there could be some as there are many commonly used materials in the units.

3. 110 volt DSI water heater means that it lights on propane with a 12 volt Direct Spark Ignition, no pilot light to light. It also has a 110 volt heating element that can heat the water when you are plugged into shore power. You can use them both together for a faster water heat-up. This is all controlled by two switches inside the trailer.

4. The drop down bunk has at least a 230 pound capacity, I believe.

5. The solar charger is meant to be a supplemental charger that will supply a charge to the batteries to extend the life while away from shore power and to keep the batteries at full charge when the trailer is not in use. It will not supply all the power needed to operate the electrical needs of the trailer by itself. I don't have that option.
