Techie Question: Varying Weights of 22 ft Hi Lo
 

A question for the detail/technical sort of people.

According to the NADA guide, for the 22 foot Hi Lo's made from 2002 onward; (all of which had a width 7' 10", and that these were all the factory finished and measured unloaded weights); the weights varied from a low of 3120 lbs, in the M-2202L-D (bronze series of 2002), to the heftier weight of 3850 lbs in the M-2204-T and M-2205-T (years 2004 & 2005).

The weight 3332 lbs was the most common listed weight for the period, 2002 to 2009.

Assuming, that they all had the same sizes of freshwater, grey and black tanks, and were all basically the same model, what accounts for such a large difference of up to 730 lbs in these dual axle models of the same 22 foot length Hi Lo's.

Not sure how accurate the NADA Guides are. Have you looked at the factory brochures in the forum Reference Library?

I'm going to guess that installed options account for the variance.

could be a lot of things- including types of couches/beds used- and, I agree, all the different add-ons. I also agree the NADA guides can be sketchy.
