Starting to remove interior upper 1/2 and bathroom Cabinets, paneling and insulation.

Found a rusted brace. Everything in the roof I think is leaking. Amazon shipment of Caulk and rubber roof sealant arrived today. So stop the leaking first. Disappointed in finding rusted tubing above window. That's it though the rest looks solid. A coat of rustoleum should work. Took out insulation also. Going to spray with tea oil for mold. Roof not insulation threw that nasty stuff away. And why are my pics sideways?
