1997 26ft Classic

I'm looking for some information on this model. I'm thinking of purchasing it. Is it wood or alum. construction. Any problems with this model? Roof material? Weight? I have an 04 F-150 Super Cab, 5.4 v-8, 3.73 traction lock rear axle, trailer towing package, B&M extra cap. trans pan., Mag-Hytec rear end cover, K&N filter charger, A&E throttle body plate, gibson cat back exhaust. Will I have any trouble towing this unit. I live in Florida, but I do plan on going to Tenn. Any help would be GREATLY app.

Your truck should have no problem towing the trailer, unless you have large diameter wheels on it and even then, it should still pull it ok. I believe the Classic models have a metal frame, all have some wood even if it is just the backing on the fiber glass or the interior paneling. Some one else may know more about that year and model and can verify the metal frame. Check the lift cables for rust and replace, cause if they are rusted it is just a matter of time till they break.JR REPAIR
