Default 2310H Cable Adjustment

Getting the trailer ready for our 1st trip out. I had adjusted the cables last fall, because I had daylight showing thru along the bulb seal. I did adjust the top up, with help from Jim at J& R, and Rich, who owns the same model Hi Lo. Now I am seeing daylight again. It easy to adjust, but now I am not sure how far up that plastic seal strip, that the bulb seal rest against I should be going. The strip has indentation along its middle, and if I move the top up 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch it will fit into it. The bulb seal at the back of the trailer is setting into this indent. Thanks for your help, this is our 2nd year of owning the hi lo, and both my wife and I are enjoying it.
