Default AC/Fan Noise

Cleaned up around the AC. Model Instamatic IM22 with heater. Works! But the fan sounds like a tornado in the trailer.

Tiny little fan in the back vent over the bathroom. Still sounds very loud.

I like the quiet but there are times we really need the AC or at least a fan. Any suggestions for mods to quite these beasts down? I've looked at the mod using a 12V PC fan in the vent. It looks OK but I'm not sure how much airflow it will generate. For the AC unit, I haven't seen anything. Never having used an AC in a trailer before I don't know what is normal.

No suggestions for the A/C, Ark, but I can highly recommend the FantasticFanVent (I think it's called - the one with the remote control). A very easy install, changes speed according to the temperature, pulls less power than the OEM "Mattel fan", vent closes automatically if it rains, etc.

Quieter than the OEM toy and moves much more air.

I'm assuming your bathroom fan has the 12"+ opening? If it's smaller, forget what I said and try a computer fan if it fits.

I think the A/C is just going to be noisy - seems to be their nature. We try to camp in high country when the weather is hot.
