Polypropylene/Tyvek Part Number 22852. This is what I received from my recent Camping World order.

I ordered it based upon it being "designed" to fit HiLo's up to 24 foot, with a box size of up to 22.5 feet. I installed it yesterday and wish I'd taken up my brides offer to help with it. I did eventually have to climb on the roof (to raise it over the AC unit).

My observations: it's still plenty big for my camper. I was able to cover the propane tanks (excl jack) AND the bumper mounted spare tire. I probably could also fit it over the jack but with the handle pointing straight forward I'm sure it'd eventually poke a hole thru the cover.

Sounds like they took the custom out of custom fit which they advertise. Does it look like it will hold up for any length of time?

Other than size, it looks similar to a cheap car cover I purchased many years ago. Other than holes wearing thru points (even minor such as the mirrors) it did a reasonable job.

My uneducated guess is it'll need replacing within a couple - or three - years. Good e'nuf for this use. Big rainstorm headed our way late tonight, early tomorrow.

Look out for the little trick or treat monsters.

I bought one for my pop up in 2012. Used it last winter, put it on mid October took it off around early May. It already had a small rip in it on one side but I let that go. Put it on a week ago and when I tried to cover the battery case it started to rip. I did better when I used a heavy duty tarp to cover my trailer. Just a thought.

Just don't use the cheap plastic tarps that trap moisture underneath. You are better off to use no tarp.

Follow up: Today I removed the cover (just over 4 months use); other than being dirty I found it held up very well. No rips, cuts or tears; still soft and pliable.

It is easier and faster with a person on each of the trailer, each with a 2 ft. step stool. When we take the cover off we unhook straps put front and back side on roof than each side on roof. Starting from the back we roll the cover to the front, be careful of vents and ac. Just the opposite when putting cover back on. I also put a flattened plastic water bottle on lever that controls awning, to prevent rip or hole.

I had no problems at all in removing this by myself.

After unbuckling the four tie straps, I simply pulled the FRONT side up and over the campers top ... then from the rear I just tugged it off. Next I dragged it over the grass, upside down, to a sunny spot and allowed it to air out.

I did have/ released one small pocket of trapped water INSIDE, on the front edge.

The hard part this time (which required my brides help) was in stuffing it into the provided carrier bag.

I bought a rolling trash can and store my cover in that. A lot easier than trying to stuff it into the storage bag.

I use pieces of Styrofoam for packages I have received and just smash them on to all the sharp corners before I put my cover on. Works really well.

I intended to purchase a can just for that (this past winter) but, but, but.
I never did. Maybe next year.
Or not.

Or right after you get frustrated enough trying to get it in that bag!
