On my 1980 funchaser the front awning is broken or needs to b repaired, the screws came out from the front part of awning where it is curved, should I invest time in repair?

I am not sure if this is the advice you need. Many have had to use strips of metal to reinforce where the screws go into the side of the HiLo. Some have chosen to just use an easy up or screen room/clamshell.
