There is lots of info here on the forum that covers that subject. You can do a search at the top of the page, and I'm sure somebody will jump in here to give you some instruction.

Default replacing the band and seal on the top

you can call 419 566 2500 and talk to some people that worked for hilo for years and they will tell you exactly what you have to do to replace the seal and the band that it is mounted to. and they will also sell you any new parts that you may need to complete the job. I recently bought a 25 footer that had the same problem, and was going to do the work myself, but later decided to sell it and let the new owners do it. They are very nice people and will help you with what ever information you need.
