Covering trailer

I just purchased a Hi-Lo 22 foot and will be storing it outside in Florida. Would it be better to put a covering (AquaShed?) over it or just leave it sit as it is?

It is always better to keep it covered. make sure you use an RV cover and not something like a tarp. The cover has to breathe.

I agree with that. No cover is better than a tarp that can trap moisture.

HiLo cover..

I have had 2 Avco covers, that were purchased at Camper's World in Tampa, Fl. Both lasted just 1 year and 11 months. The silver one is the one that I bought; it started flaking and coming apart, holes started appearing at the slightest tug. I phoned Avco and they sent me another one which lasted the same amount of time. The Florida Sun and the UV rays do a number on this material. So, I built a shed with a tin roof for the hilo. I would not park the HiLo in the Sun as a storage place. I always wash and wax the Hilo after a trip and use a roof cleaner on the roof before I park it for storage. I have a solar charger for the battery.
I'm sure that there is a cover out there that might last longer than a year and 11 months; just check the warranty before purchasing. Avoid any covers that are made in CHINA!!!!
