Fair price 1997 24tl
In the middle of hopefully purchasing my first hi-lo but back and forth a bit with the bank and the seller figuring out a price. I have the money to make up the difference'ish but would like a 3rd party opinion on the value. Here are the specs copied and pasted from the listing. (I suppose these might be overkill since we are on a hi-lo forum but just in case) Any thoughts on price or if someone has a similar model would be great.
Specs: 1997 24’tl Towlite great condition and very clean. Full bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, water heater, water pump, heater and a/c all work great Hot and cold water outside for outdoor shower / boot wash 12’ patio awning Couch folds into queen size bed Table folds down into bed and a bed lowers down from the ceiling New battery Spare tire Thanks in advanced excited to hopefully join this community with a 97 24tl :) |

I guess some of the value would be the location of the trailer, for me in northern california - the demand is high & the supply is very low. Also, look at OODLE CLASIFIEDS/ RV / hi-lo for real market asking price of the trailers around the u.s. Four years ago, I paid $6800.00 for fair condition on a 97 21ft. towlite. Since then, I've done alot of work on it that I have posted on this forum. Les (campthewestcoast) 97 21ft. towlite 06 Toyota tocoma |
thanks for the quick reply. It is close to home and in great condition. I think we have landed on 5k

I paid $4250 for a 94 21FL several months ago. Condition is very important from what I have seen in RV's not so much the year.
