Default Have '76 HILO - Need Electric Advice

We currently own a 1976 HILO pop-up camper, and are trying to troubleshoot some electrical problems. This trailer is old, and a lot of things are missing or simply do not work. We bought it for short bucks, and are trying to get it into a usable condition, bur have very little money. We are trying to repair it ourselves.

The battery tests OK and is charged. None of the inside lights work right now (2 previously did), the electrical outlets do work, but top will not lower or raise. None of the exterior lights work, except for the left rear brake light/turn signal. Most exterior lights are caulked into place, so you can't access the bulbs easily.

The stove and refrigerator still work, but the fridge needs a replacement door seal, and the lower closure on the door is missing.

Most of the plumbing has been removed. The kitchen sink is still in place. We'd like to get a toilet and re-create the bathroom, but have no idea what it originally looked like, or how the walls were structured. The water supply tank is missing, and the waste tank is broken. Is there something we could use to patch the hole in this tank? The water supply access is also caulked closed. Hopefully, we can open it up somehow and re-plumb the trailer.

Does anyone know where we could get an electrical diagram for our trailer? An owners manual, or something like an online Chilton's would also be helpful. The title on our trailer only names it as a Hi-Lo < 2,000 lbs., so we have no idea who actually manufactured it. There is a lock on the doorknob, but we don't have the key. It is not a standard size lockset, so is there a way that we can replace it, or get a replacement key?

Any advice is much appreciated, particularly ways that we can fix things without a lot of money.

Default Fixing exterior lights

My guess would be that you will have to cut away the caulk to get the lens off. Then you can address corrosion in the lights and change the bulbs. See the back posts on trouble shooting the lift system. This must be fixed first to determine if you want to go further with repairs. See if the Ref has a model name on it. Do a google search for parts. Where are you located?
