HiLo doesn't respond to phone calls???
 

What's going on with HiLo and requesting parts?? This is NO way to run a business and STAY in business. After leaving a message TWO weeks ago, no one cares enough to call me back. I realize that business is down everywhere in the RV business; but parts support is business! HiLo needs to get their act together. Fed up in Florida!!

Try calling early in the morning. I was told they are working part days, but they are hanging in there. They are existing at the mercy of our economy.

HiLo not responding...
 

Thanks; I'll try again..I didn't know that they were only manning the phones in the morning. I'll let you know the out come of my next attempt. I would go to my dealer, but they closed in Tampa, Fl.

I finally got through to the Hilo parts dept. I inquired about a part; the gentleman was real nice, saying that he would check on the part and call me back. This was a week ago...I'm still waiting. This doesn't sound good..is Hilo going under??? I'm really frustrated..

I had a dealer in Calif tell me that they (HiLo) were going ou of business and that the dealer wouldn't be getting anymore trailers. Does anyone now if this is true? Or is this guy just trtying to sell the "on-hand" stock?

I was told by a dealer in Mn that Hi-Lo is having problems and if it continues they might be going out of buisness

If you haven't seen my post in the general section, Hi-Lo has shut down effective immediately. My dealer got a letter today.
