Hilo pricing help needed for 1997 28B - Hi-Lo camper travel trailer forum

My mother has asked me to help her sell her 1997 28B Hilo camper. We have know idea what to price it at. My father and mother bought this Hilo used in 2003 and she believes she is the second owner. My father passed away in 2010 and she has only been able to use it twice since. It has been stored inside or shrunk wrapped every winter they have owned it. I feel the camper is in very nice condition for its age. She or I know of any problems with it. I will attach some pictures. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer.

You might try the NADA guides as a starting point. Location can make a difference as well due to rarity of available units in some areas such as out here in California.

In addition to the NADA guide, look around and see what others are asking for a like model. The NADA guide is a little higher than what they are really worth.
